What to Expect in Our IOP Program
Our Intensive Outpatient Program provides structured treatment in a professional, supportive setting.
Treatment begins with a comprehensive clinical evaluation. Our team reviews medical history, substance use patterns, and mental health needs to create a personalized treatment plan tailored to each individual.
This phase includes several hours of treatment multiple days per week. Clients participate in individual therapy, group counseling, and skill building sessions. Program length typically ranges from 8 to 12 weeks, depending on individual progress and clinical needs.
After completing Intensive Outpatient treatment, clients transition to a lower level of care. This phase involves fewer weekly sessions while continuing therapy, group support, and clinical check ins to maintain progress.
Ongoing support emphasizes enhancing coping strategies, sustaining recovery, and achieving long-term stability. Individuals are provided with continuous guidance, accountability, and access to recovery resources as they progress autonomously.
